Bringing Nature Closer
I’ve always been drawn to living systems. After relocating to San Diego, that curiosity took a more intentional, inward form, shifting from growing plants to designing contained ecosystems for indoor spaces.
Since 2019, I’ve been devoted to creating both sealed and open terrariums. There’s a quiet ritual in lifting the lid, sensing the forest floor, and observing a system in balance: self-sustaining, calm, and complete.
With a PhD in biology, I approach each terrarium with respect for the precise relationships that allow an ecosystem to thrive. Every component is chosen for its role, not excess. The result is a glass garden that requires minimal intervention, yet remains alive, evolving, and enduring.
Each piece is individually designed and handcrafted - where scientific understanding meets restraint, and living systems become sculptural objects of presence.
