Shipping Policy
Since it's a small family business, and terrariums need to be handled carefully during shipment, we (my hubby and I) ship the terrariums ourselves. Shipment at San Diego area have a flat rate of 20$ regardless of order size. You can also pick them up directly from University City, San Diego. You can contact me directly to set up a pick up time.

Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to enjoy your terrarium and feel confident in your purchase. Each terrarium is grown and monitored for at least three (3) weeks before being sold to ensure that the plants are rooted, adjusted, and the ecosystem is balanced.
Please note that customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the care instructions provided. While most plants are selected for their ability to thrive in low light conditions, some moss varieties may be more sensitive. If you would like to replace moss with another type of ground covering, please contact me to set up an appointment.
For returns or exchanges, please reach out to me at terratamarsd@gmail.com so we can schedule the process together. Returns and exchanges are available up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Important: Returns and exchanges are dependent on the condition of the terrarium at the time of return. Terrariums must be in reasonable condition and show evidence of proper care.
